North Yorkshire Area of the BCC
North Yorkshire BCC invite you to visit the county of North Yorkshire Moors, North Yorkshire Dales, East of the river Ribble, North of Settle, Ripon, Boroughbridge, Yorko, Stamford Bridge, then Malton to Filey.
We normally start the year with our AGM at Ripon - lwithin walking distance of the beautiful city, we have meets at Bedale, again within l distance of the town and a short drive to Thorp Perrow arboretum and birds of prey centre.
Hutton le Hole is a beautiful unspoilt village – home to the Rydale Folk Museum, Thirsk racecourse is again a short walk into the town with a lovely flat field.
Cononley near Skipton is a rally field on an award winning site with pubs and railway station again within walking distance and a longer walk along the canal side into Skipton.
Regatta Fields at Bridlington is close to the park and ride and almost on the beach!
West Witton has magnificent views and is a short drive away from Leyburn, Aysgarth Falls, the Wensleydale cheese factory at Hawes and in the woods the home of the very tame colony of red squirrels.
For steam train fans we visit Pickering – indeed to get to the rally site you have to cross the train tracks!
We also have another weekend at Cropton close to Pickering which usually falls on the War weekend.
North Yorkshire is a beautiful part of the county, and we will offer you a warm welcome to join us!
The area does not have a website at present.
