Midland Area

We are an old well established area, we have been running successfully for over 85 years. The Midlands area rallies usually run from early March through to the end of October, running weekends, 5 day and THS (temporary holiday sites) meets.

We are a free and easy area and welcome all members including none members of the BCC.

Occasionally the stewards or the committee may arrange activities on the field i.e.: horse shoe throwing, Aunt Sally, theme weekends, annual dart and photo competitions, cake and tea afternoons, fish and chip nights and American suppers and not forgetting our own Feast of Lanterns.

We cover Warwickshire east of a line Atherstone to Stratford upon Avon and the county boundary of Northamptonshire Nuneaton, Southam, Banbury, Stratford upon Rugby, Tamworth, Coleshill, Shipston on Stour, Daventry. Evesham, Tewkesbury, Rutland.

Wilmcote

Wilmcote Is the location of Ann Hathaway's cottage(which you can visit) Railway station which will take you into Stratford upon Avon the birth place of William Shakespeare

Market Bosworth

The Market Bosworth Country Park, Bosworth Heritage Centre, Twycross Zoo. Heritage Steam railway and museum. The Battlefield railway Line runs from Shackerstone to Shenton via Market Bosworth.

Evesham

Picturesque riverside historic market town with river walks. Near to Pershore, Worcester, Bidford on Avon and Stratford upon Avon. There is the Evesham Leisure centre, Evesham Country Park which operates the Evesham Vale Light railway.

Tamworth

Drayton Manor Theme Park, Tamworth Castle and Moat House, Snow Dome, Kingsbury Water Park, Statfold Barn Railway.

Woodford Halse

Near Daventry The Arkadia Alpacas Great Ground Farm, Boddington Reservoir, Cannons Ashby priory, Badby Woods.

Rutland Water

Known to be the largest man made lake in the UK. Rutland Water Nature reserve, Normanton Church, Oakham Castle Ideal for walkers and cyclists.
