2021 BCC Annual General Meeting


The 2021 Annual General meeting of
the British Caravanners Club
will be held on Zoom
on Sunday 23rd May 2021 at 10.30am

This years AGM will be a virtual Zoom meeting on Sunday 23rd May at 10.30am.

As we have been instructed to hold this years AGM virtually there will be certain restrictions.


The meeting will be limited to numbers a maximum of 100 being the limit.

The virtual meeting will be conducted using the Zoom Platform.

You will have to book your place on Zoom to attend,
so please send your details ( full names, C&CC membership number and an email address)
to the National Secretary Keith Thompson - thompson.keith@btconnect.com.

If you cannot attend virtually and have any questions or comments please put them in writing and send to Secretary by post at address in front of the BCC programme. Any paperwork will be sent to you.

A joining link will be sent to you a few days before the meeting.

To ensure you are able to join on Zoom there are some practice meetings being held at present links to these can be obtained from the General Secretary or your Area Secretary

 


important: ONLY current MEMBERS OF THE BRITISH CARAVANNERS ClUB ARE ALLOWED TO VOTE AT THE AGM.

NOMINATIONS : Members are advised that in accordance with the Constitution, all nominations for Council must be lodged with the Section Secretary not later than 14 days prior to the AGM.

NOTICE OF MOTION : Members are advised that in accordance with the Constitution, all Notices of Motion must be sent in WRITING and lodged with the Section Sectretary no later than 60 days prior to the AGM.
