Cornwall Area

We hold weekly rallies from mid February to the end of the year, and BCC members from other areas are always welcome to join us.  All Camping and Caravanning Club members may come to our meets.

Cornwall has a lot to offer, and we feel very fortunate to actually live here. To give members from other areas a chance to enjoy our lovely county, we hold Temporary Holiday Sites in the county. If you would like to know more about these sites, please visit our website. (You can print off booking forms rather than send for them through the post.)

However you want to spend your leisure time while on holiday in Cornwall, the county pretty much has it covered (except maybe for skiing!).  We have tourist attractions aplenty to suit all age groups from families to grandparents, and of every sort from stately homes and gardens to full throttle fun parks.

The activities you can do in Cornwall can be as genteel as walking, golf or bird watching to the extremes of kite surfing and coasteering. With every type of attraction that you could think of, you'll never be short of interesting and exciting places to visit in Cornwall.

There are stunning historical sites maintained by the National Trust and English Heritage. Or if you're looking for somewhere for children to let off steam try the many themed attractions, which have a wealth of outdoor attractions plus big indoor play areas should the weather take a turn for the worst.

Blue Reef Aquarium NewquayThere are also national landmarks such as Land’s End which has something for the whole family, or Cornwall's natural heritage in the form of our stunning coastline and countryside.

Cornwall has some of the best gardens to visit anywhere on the British mainland due to Cornwall's mild climate, plus the internationally renowned Eden Project.

We have national galleries and museums such as The Tate St Ives and the National Maritime Museum, Cornwall at Falmouth. And with our coastal location, marine attractions such as the National Seal Sanctuary at Gweek and the Blue Reef Aquarium at Newquay are well worth a visit.

Whatever your age and interests, you can find plenty of suitable places to visit in Cornwall.
